Krishna was once again among His loved ones in Vraja. Nanda and Yashoda watched their son with joy. The memory of their long separation was still alive. Now the house was filling with voices again. Friends and relatives came from many places. Everyone prepared for a great wedding celebration. In Jiva Goswami's account Radha too was honored. Her meeting with Krishna had brought hope to all. The families spoke of the day to come. Vraja awaited it with an eager heart.

There was much preparation in Vrishabhanu's home. Radha's friends brought flowers and ornaments. The women welcomed guests with songs. The family carefully prepared the place for the ceremony. Radha was surrounded by Her close sakhis. They helped Her dress for the festive day. They arranged Her long dark braid. With gentle hands they placed flowers and jewelry. Quiet smiles appeared amid their teasing. Each friend wanted to see Her happy.

Excitement filled Nanda's home too. Krishna was made ready for the wedding procession. His friends gathered around Him. Bright clothing and garlands adorned the bridegroom. A peacock feather rose above His hair. Balarama and the relatives joined the celebration. Nanda looked at his son with affection. Yashoda made sure everything was ready. The musicians prepared their instruments. Soon the procession was ready to leave.

Music and happy voices filled the road. Krishna traveled with His family and friends. The procession approached Vrishabhanu's village. The residents came out to welcome their guests. The brides' parents stood among them. Greetings and good wishes were exchanged. The women sang witty wedding songs. Madhumangala answered with his own jokes. His words brought laughter to those gathered. Joy brought hosts and guests together.

Radha approached with Her companions. Krishna saw Her in the festive gathering. Flower garlands were ready for the celebration. Their families surrounded Them with affection. Blessings and songs could be heard. The elders observed the wedding customs. Radha's friends sang of the happy day. Krishna's friends joined the celebration. Radha and Krishna were at the heart of that joy. Many hearts shared the same moment.

The celebration's song praised Their wedding. It spoke of families and close companions. It recalled love, separation, and reunion. Joy did not erase the memories of waiting. That made being together again all the more precious. Nanda saw his wish being fulfilled. Yashoda delighted in Radha with a mother's tenderness. Vrishabhanu watched his beloved daughter. Friends continued singing and laughing. The celebration spread throughout the village.

The next morning Nanda wished the couple to come home. Vrishabhanu prepared to bid Them farewell. He spoke to Krishna before They departed. Then he lovingly sent Radha and Krishna on Their way. Friends and relatives accompanied Them. The wedding procession filled the road again. This time it led toward Nanda's home. The guests' voices accompanied every step. Tenderness and joy mingled in their hearts. Everyone awaited another warm welcome.

Yashoda had prepared a great celebration at home. The women of Vraja sang songs of welcome. She received the couple with a mother's affection. She showed special tenderness to Radha. Krishna's other brides were welcomed too. Together the families continued the festive customs. The friends found another reason to joke. The guests rejoiced in the beautiful gathering. Songs continued to fill the courtyards. Nanda's home was full of good wishes.

The festivities continued in the days that followed. Families visited one another's homes. Meals and blessings were shared. Krishna's friends also entered into marriage. The community rejoiced in many new family bonds. In every home the celebration was remembered. One person recalled the music of the procession. Another remembered the songs of the friends. Yashoda cherished the sight of Radha beside Krishna. Each memory was a sign of their shared joy.

In Gopala-campu the wedding is a great festival. Family, friendship, and devotion meet in its story. Radha and Krishna are surrounded by those who love Them. Nanda and Yashoda see their son home again. Vrishabhanu blesses his daughter. The sakhis accompany the couple with song. Madhumangala cheers the gathering with humor. Joy travels from one home to another. The celebration brings all of Vraja closer. And love remains in every participant's heart.
