A történet művészi illusztrációja

Radha and Krishna entered the autumn forest. Their beloved gopi friends walked around Them. The company passed peaceful ponds. Birds called above the water. Bees circled the blossoming lotuses. The trees were full of fruits and flowers. Forest paths invited them to wander. Each new place offered something beautiful to see.

Krishna showed Radha a pond. A golden lotus shone in the water. Bees played around its petals. Birds moved beside the shore. Krishna compared the sight to Radha's face. He spoke of the water as a mirror. Radha and the gopis listened attentively. The forest's beauty became part of their conversation.

Krishna also spoke of the changing seasons. The rain clouds had given their water to the ponds. After the summer heat, the land was refreshed. Now the autumn sky was reflected in the water. Bees sought the fragrant malati flowers. Krishna smiled and pointed out their movements. The gopis looked at the nature around them. Radha smiled at His words.

Vrinda handed Krishna a lotus. He carefully took it in His hand. He looked at it and breathed in its fragrance. Playfully, He began to praise the flower's beauty. Radha listened to what He said. Her friends followed their conversation. Krishna noticed a change in Her expression. The little joke became the beginning of another.

Krishna asked Radha why She frowned. He compared Her beauty with the lotus. He said He would praise the loveliest with His flute. His words were playful and tender. Radha did not want to accept the joke too easily. The gopis understood its teasing nature. Krishna wanted to see Radha smile again. So He continued speaking to Her with love.

He told Her that Her fragrance was beyond compare. Then He addressed the lotus once more. He joked that the flower could not compare with Her. The wind moved the vines and branches. Krishna said that even the breeze danced around Radha. His words celebrated Her beauty. Lalita also joined the conversation. She answered Krishna with a playful remark.

The friends' conversation continued among the flowers. Lalita cared about Radha's feelings. Krishna answered her with another witty remark. Radha and the gopis remained close together. Their glances and words made the walk lively. The lotus remained in Krishna's hand. The joke did not interrupt their companionship. Instead, it gave them another reason to smile.

Then Krishna and the gopis continued through the forest. They passed ponds, paths, and hills. They saw flower gardens near the Yamuna. Parrots and cuckoos could be heard in the branches. Peacocks enriched the landscape with their colors. Bees moved among the different flowers. The trees offered ripe fruit and shade. Radha and Her friends enjoyed the view.

Vines intertwined around the trees. Together they made shaded flowering bowers. Some bowers were round, others had many sides. Their branches resembled natural roofs. Each place had its own fragrance and sounds. The gopis showed Krishna what they had noticed. Radha shared their pleasure in the walk. Together they discovered the beauty of Vrindavan.

This retelling follows part of the twelfth chapter. The walk brings Krishna, Radha, and the gopis together. Vrinda places the lotus in Krishna's hand. Lalita supports Radha with witty words. Birds, bees, and flowers accompany the company. Their conversation turns the view into a shared memory. The friends continue together through the flowering bowers. The forest's beauty becomes an occasion for love and laughter.
