Radha spoke with her friend Chandranana. Her thoughts kept returning to Krishna. The friend suggested that she care for Tulasi. She described the value of such service. Radha listened to her advice with attention.

Tulasi was no ordinary plant in their conversation. Her leaves are offered to Krishna with love. Care begins with planting, watering, and respect. It continues through the changing days. Radha decided to undertake it sincerely.

She prepared a beautiful place for Tulasi in the garden. The source describes flowers and radiant ornaments. Among the decorations, the green leaves remained central. Radha approached the plant with her purpose in mind. Her service was offered for Krishna's pleasure.

Garga guided her in observing her vow. Radha devoted time to Tulasi through many months. She tended the plant and made offerings. Her care did not end after a single day. Gradually it became part of her life.

Her friends could see her steady attention. Each new leaf gave her a reason for gratitude. There was room for quiet in the garden too. The work did not require public praise. Radha kept returning to Tulasi.

When the vow was completed, there was a celebration. Radha gave gifts and cared for the guests. The source account describes a splendid gathering. Yet our attention returns to the reason for it all. She wished to bring joy to Govinda.

Then Tulasi appeared before Radha. She greeted her tenderly and acknowledged her service. She said that Radha's devotion had pleased her. Radha was invited to speak her heart's desire. That moment revealed what mattered most to her.

Radha did not ask for wealth or public renown. She wished for selfless devotion to Govinda's feet. Her words turned every thought toward Krishna. Tulasi granted the request. After their meeting Radha's heart was at peace.

This chapter begins with a friend's counsel. It continues through patient care over time. It ends with a wish that explains that care. Radha did not separate the action from its meaning. Tulasi became a witness to her love.

When someone waters a plant, growth comes slowly. Such work cannot be hurried by words. In this account repetition becomes a prayer. Leaves and water hold the memory of Krishna. Radha shows her faithfulness in an everyday act.
